Return & Exchange

Returns 
Items may be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns for: (1) Sale items, (2) Pre-order or back-order items 

Exchanges 
Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value. Refunds will not be issued for price differences. All exchange requests are subject to approval and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us at
humeproject@altecomgroup.com within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly include: (1) Your order no., (2) Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, (3) A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or offer a refund for the affected item(s), excluding delivery fees.
