What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and PayNow. All taxes, delivery fees, and discounts will be reflected at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Local (Singapore): 3-5 business days
International: Typically 5-15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance*

Can I self-collect my order?
Yes - we will email you with self-collection details once your order is confirmed. 

Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most ceramic items are safe for both unless otherwise noted. We recommend hand washing glassware and delicate pieces.

Do you offer product customisation?
Yes - customisation is available for select items, subject to product specifications and manufacturer approval. Please contact us for more information; we’ll be happy to assist with your request.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We reuse protective materials and are working toward fully biodegradable options.
